Brian Strom, House Smart’s founder, has been in the window and home improvement business for over 34 years. He truly cares about every customer and knows that every project is unique and requires the same dedication regardless if it’s large or small.

Bonita is the office manager and takes care of all the nuances of running a complicated business. Her ability to multitask makes sure that no detail is missed.

Several wonderful and talented staff members are the backbone of our operation. Including our sales and operations manager who ensures that any challenge is solved with ease and professionalism. You may be speaking with them as they set appointments. Together they manage the phones, order product, handle warranties, take care of customer service and much more.

Our Product Specialists have over 50 years collective experience and are trained in all of our products and installation requirements. By listening to the customer first they are able to provide knowledgeable solutions without ever being pushy. Before any project begins, they make sure all questions and concerns are addressed. Our quality products and extensive knowledge sell themselves, and as we compete with hundreds of companies in the same business, our job is actually easy. Our sales team shows up on time, we listen, phone calls and messages are quickly returned and we care! It’s just that simple.

Our Installation Teams have been with House Smart for over 15 years. Headed by Jason, Steve, and Josh, all have extensive installation experience guaranteeing projects are completed with precision and attention to detail. The final result should look amazing! Richard is in charge of HVAC installations and is the best installer in the industry.  It is important to remember that you need both a high quality product as well as a professional installation. We only use approved, high quality installation products that go with your window, door, or HVAC install ensuring it lasts a lifetime.
