Right from the beginning, the knowledge of the employees were very thorough and detailed when they came to talk about their product. We were replacing almost 40 year old windows with drafts and constant condensation. What we have now are very high quality windows, no drafts, no condensation. The noise level is greatly reduced. Greg was very professional and patient with and helped us choose replacement windows to upgrade our 20 year old home. Ultimately, we had 13 windows replaced. The crew that came was quick and professional replacing all the windows in a single day. The exterior of the home was spotless after the crew left. The new windows are great! The old aluminum windows we had were heavy and hard to open and close. The new ones slide so much nicer and they don't fog up or have pools of water after a cold day.
